Whether you’re a hobbyist or a major frame manufacturer, we’re here to support your enterprise with some unique machine servicing plans. All of our engineers are manufacturer trained and are all covered by public liability insurance

Choosing the right package?

We have three packages for you to choose from, so that you can choose the right budget for your machines. In general there is a Bronze Package for a tight budget and minimal machinary, Silver Package for those with more machines and a Gold Package which includes all the bells and whistles you would expect.

Location, Location, Location

The location that you live in does reflect the price you pay. We currently have three Zones. If you are unsure of which zone location you may fall call us on 01530 836444 and we'll advise you of your area. In general though this is how its laid out.

  • Zone 1 - Within 60 miles of our offices (LE67 1UD)
  • Zone 2 - Within 61-120 miles of our offices (LE67 1UD)
  • Zone 3 - Within 121 - 300 miles of out offices (LE67 1UD)

Bronze Service Plan

"A plan for a tight budget and a small amount of machinery"

  • Zone 1 - £266.00
  • Zone 2 - £330.00
  • Zone 3 - £597.00 


There are no additional travelling or labour charges within this plan

Plan Features

  • Receive up to 20% off listed consumable prices.
  • Technician will spend 8 hours on site servicing your machines (Can be split into two 4 hour sessions).
  • Free over the phone technical support.
  • Manufacturer trained technician using manufacturer approved parts.
  • 5 % Discount on all parts used.
  • 12 months warranty on all parts used
  • Emergency call out 10% reduction in price

Silver Service Plan

"A plan for a reasonable budget with a reasonable amount of machinery".

  • Zone 1 - £532.00
  • Zone 2 - £660.00
  • Zone 3 - £1194.00

There are no additional travelling or labour charges within this plan.

Plan Features

  •  Receive up to 20% off listed consumable prices.
  • Technician will spend 16 hours on site servicing your machines (minimum of 4 hour visits maximum of 8 hours)
  • Free over the phone technical support
  • Manufacturer trained technician using manufacturer approved parts.
  • 10 % Discount on all parts used
  • 12 months warranty on all parts used
  • Emergency call out 10% reduction in price.



 

Gold Service Plan

"A plan with all of the bells and whistles youd expect from a Gold service".

  • Zone 1 - £798.00
  • Zone 2 - £990.00
  • Zone 3 - £1791.00

  • Technician will spend 24 hours on site servicing your machines (minimum of 4 hour visits maximum of 8 hours)
  • Free over the phone technical support
  • Manufacturer trained technician using manufacturer approved parts.
  • 15 % Discount on all parts used.
  • 12 months warranty on all parts used.
  • Emergency call out 10% reduction in price







A-La-Carte and Emergencies (On site usually within 72hrs or sooner).
One off visits for any customer wishing to have a fully qualified trained technician on site to service your machines. The technician will spend as much time on site as is needed, however all parts, labour and travelling are chargable. - Available Mon-Fri 9-5:30 - Labour and Travel £45.00 per hour.
